Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of .NET developers to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure SDLC compliance.
  • Own and manage Azure DevOps practices, including Repos, Pipelines, Boards, and Releases.
  • Design, implement, and maintain secure and automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Review and validate system architecture and technical designs.
  • Track development progress and ensure timely delivery of projects and releases.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations and production issues.
  • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, PMO, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and team capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in .NET development, including 4+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-level applications and leading development teams.
  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API.
  • Solid understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and relational databases (SQL Server/Oracle).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, CI/CD pipelines, Boards, Releases, Git workflows).
  • Experience in DevOps practices including unit testing, CI/CD integration, SAST, and secrets management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage teams, priorities, and technical escalations.
