Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develops and qualifies new products, materials and processes.

Manages the process qualification, validation, and technology transfer to the plant.

Achieves the productivity target through reformulation/renovation.

Leads the development of facilities and equipment required for an effective research & development program.

Ensures that utilizes state of the art practices and methods that result in the consistent of the highest quality juice& compounds products.

Strives to improve the working environment and ensure that all new initiatives are carried out in a safe manner.

Ensures the existence and implementation at the daily meeting that delivers all required results timely.

Desired Candidate Profile

Develop scientific & technological knowledge to provide products in line with consumer s expectations and regulatory constraints.

Ensures that any new route is aligned with Juhayna s strategy and increase its credibility in the fields of nutrition and health.

Updates monthly deliveries plan with global risk analysis.

Manages a team of team leaders and ensuring that efficient project management is well applied on all the projects across the company.

Leads, motivates, trains R&D staff to meet and exceed goals and objectives.

Identifies problems (trouble shooting) and implementing solutions for technical bugs.
