Roles & Responsibilities

Summary
To assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Reservations Department within the Rooms Division, supporting all reservations agents and related functions of the hotel.

Qualifications
Ideally with a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. A minimum of 2 years’ work experience in hotel operations is required. Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
