Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

The Team Leader - Reservations is responsible to assist the Assistant Reservation Manager in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximise Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt s Brand Standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager in either Reservation or Front Office, or as Team Leader in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
