Roles & Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will supervise the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service. You will lead and motivate the service team to uphold Park Hyatt s high standards, while also providing personalized guest interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent guest service mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic administrative reporting.
