Roles & Responsibilities

Here's your chance to step into the role of Team Leader - Retail at Motiongate in Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

  • Manage daily retail operations, opening and closing of stores and carts

  • Provide good service standards in accordance with company s philosophy

  • Attend to guest needs and going the extra mile to exceed guest expectations

  • Motivate and work as a team with Sales Associates to achieve targets

  • Ensure consistent housekeeping standards, merchandise display, stock replenishment, handle cash register and maintain accurate stock control

  • Understand sales trend and provide suggestions and feedback to Store Management team on how to achieve store revenue and per cap growth

  • Maintains a positive and professional representation with guest and team members interaction

  • Reports misconduct to the manager in a timely manner

  • Monitor store inventory movement & inform Store Management if there are irregularity in stock movement

  • Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are adhered in accordance with company policies

  • Schedule daily store planner to ensure a smooth operation and be proactive towards changes according to business needs

Desired Candidate Profile

3 years retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position

  • Diploma Education (Retail Management)

  • Ability to operate a computer. Minimum basic level user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Effective oral and written communications skills in English
