Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures effective execution of rotable provisioning activities to maintain optimal component availability while balancing operational requirements and inventory investment.
- Develops and maintains rotable float models based on demand forecasts, repair turnaround times, reliability trends, and operational risk exposure.
- Leads Recommended Spare Parts List (RSPL) reviews and provisioning analysis to ensure adequate component coverage for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Performs initial provisioning analysis for new aircraft inductions, component introductions, and engineering modifications, and manages continuous provisioning throughout the fleet lifecycle.
- Defines and maintains rotable planning parameters and provisioning data within planning systems to support accurate inventory planning and control.
- Drives inventory optimisation initiatives by analysing component utilisation, removal trends, repair cycles, and stock performance to minimise shortages and reduce excess inventory.
- Ensures accurate rotable asset reconciliation across internal systems, repair vendors, pool providers, and finance records to maintain asset control and inventory accuracy.
- Ensures alignment between demand forecasts, provisioning plans, and operational maintenance requirements in coordination with Engineering & Maintenance.
- Analyses reliability data, operational performance, and removal trends to identify risks to component availability and implement mitigation actions.
- Coordinates with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), repair vendors, and pool providers to address component support strategies, reliability concerns, and repair turnaround performance.
- Develops and monitors KPIs related to component availability, float utilisation, provisioning performance, and inventory efficiency.
- Provides technical guidance and oversight to the rotable planning team to ensure consistent planning methodologies and data accuracy.
- Leads continuous improvement initiatives to optimise rotable planning processes, inventory utilisation, and operational support.
- Supports budget planning and capital expenditure optimisation related to rotable inventory and provisioning activities.
- Provides coaching and mentoring to the team to enhance technical expertise, planning capabilities, and continuous improvement within the function.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
- Degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- Fluent in English
- Experience in aviation materials planning, rotable provisioning, component management, or supply chain operations within an airline, MRO, or aviation-related organisation._x000D_
Strong experience in provisioning analysis, float management, inventory optimisation, and component planning processes. - Knowledge of aviation ERP or maintenance systems such as AMOS, TRAX, or equivalent, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory planning tools.
- Years with qualifications: 7 - 9 years
- Relevant aviation or supply chain certifications are an advantage.

ISR REQUIREMENTS
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
