Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring an experienced Team Leader – Sales for a Real Estate Brokerage Firm in Dubai, specializing in Off-Plan and Secondary Market sales. The ideal candidate must bring their own active sales team, have strong leadership and closing skills, hold a valid UAE Driving License (mandatory), and possess in-depth knowledge of Tier-1 developers in Dubai.

- Real Estate Brokerage Sales
- Team Leadership & Sales Team Management
- Off-Plan Property Sales
- Secondary / Resale Property Sales
- Tier-1 Developer Projects (Emaar, DAMAC, Nakheel, Sobha, Meraas, Dubai Properties, etc.)
- Client Relationship Management
- Negotiation & Deal Closing
- Lead Generation & Business Development
- Property Listings, Viewings & Closures
- Sales Target Planning & Achievement
- CRM & Sales Reporting
- RERA & DLD Compliance
- Market Analysis – Dubai Real Estate
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in a Dubai real estate brokerage firm
- Strong experience in Off-Plan & Secondary sales
- Proven Team Leader / Senior Property Consultant background
- Must bring your own active sales team
- Strong knowledge of Tier-1 developers and their projects
- Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills
