Roles and Responsibilities

• Complete shift management for the assigned shifts
• Roster Management and its adherence
• For Delivery staffu2019s in the assigned shift
• For logistics associate in the shift
• For core colleagues and temp staff in the assigned shift
• Ensuring timely putaway and pickup of stock transfers
• Adherence to all warehouse SOPu2019s in case of excess/shortage or damages recd in transfers
• Timely response on transfers pre alerts from source warehouse
• Ensuring minimal delivery breaches and timely handover of orders to drivers
• Ensure timely customer complaint resolution
• Be responsible for the health and safety of the staff present in the shift
• Must have the ability to handle any crisis via escalation management
• Submit timely end of the shift reports and ensure 100% cash collection closure
• Training of core colleagues and DAs on the relevant processes
• Customer initiated returns - ensure CIRu2019s are picked up and processed as per policy
• Send shift end report for all the activities done
• Follow up with relevant 3rd party vendors directly for any concerns or absenteeism

• Delivery Breach %
• Shift adherence % (Delivery staff and core colleague checking as per roster)
• Cash outstanding
• Store shutdown
• Picking TAT
• Putaway TAT
• Transfers picking adherence as per capacity
