Team Maintenance & Interior Design Co. LLc was established in the year 1985, with the name of BMT Electro Mechanical LLC. running by Mr. Walid M. Latif, Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from United States of America ( USA) for purpose of becoming a leader in the infrastructure industry in the Power sector, with a special focus on Generation, Substation and Transmission & Distribution. Over the years the group has added additional expert services in Civil, interior design ,MEP & Communications Maintenance works. Our services include complete project development review, risk assessment, facility condition review, environmental review, operations & maintenance and program implementation. These services are provided through the network of affiliated, wholly owned Group companies and strategic joint ventures.
