Team Maintenance & Interior Design Co. LLC was established in 1985, originally operating as BMT Electro Mechanical LLC, focused on the power sector including generation, substations, and transmission and distribution. Over the years, the group expanded to add expert services in civil, interior design, MEP, and communications maintenance. Services now include project development review, risk assessment, facility condition review, environmental review, operations and maintenance, and program implementation through a network of affiliated companies and joint ventures.
