Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate professionals to achieve sales and marketing targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless property sales and client satisfaction.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Resolve escalated client issues and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market insights to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management within the real estate or sales sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
