Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate professionals to achieve sales and marketing targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless property sales and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Resolve escalated client issues and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market insights to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management within the real estate or sales sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
