Roles & Responsibilities


To facilitate the coordination and control of activities within your team,

To be responsible for the application of production, quality, and HSE standards.

Monitor your team's productivity and report any deviations.

To ensure the achievement of objectives in terms of safety, quality, costs and deadlines,

Ensure communication with the support teams

Respect and enforce the various safety and quality rules in force on the site.

Ensure that rules and instructions are followed and that the confidentiality of information is respected.

Actively participate and involve your team in the continuous improvement process.

Desired Candidate Profile

Engineer by training with a minimum of 5 years of experience, areas of expertise: Aeronautics/Automotive

You are autonomous and you place great importance on communication and facilitation in a work group or team.

You have a good sense of leadership and set an example; you know how to take initiatives and encourage those of your team.

Good conflict management skills.

Knowledge of lean, 5S, SAP is necessary for the position.

French/English
