Team Manager - Operation Department

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Team Manager to lead our operations teams in a dynamic renewable energy environment. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between internal functions, optimize operational efficiency, and maintain high quality standards through effective leadership, KPI governance, and continuous improvement.

Main responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the team through coaching, feedback, and growth plans.
• Define clear goals, monitor performance, and address any gaps with action plans and targeted training.
• Oversee daily activities, ensuring operational continuity, quality, and compliance with deadlines.
• Plan and balance workloads and priorities (capacity planning) to ensure operational continuity and meeting deadlines.
• Define and monitor team KPIs (productivity, quality, SLA/turnaround times, escalation, customer satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage escalations and complex issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Engineering/Tech, and Customer Care to align end-to-end processes and goals.
• Provide periodic reports to management with findings, risks, root causes, and action plans.
• Ensure the quality and completeness of CRM/ticketing data and the adoption of work tools. Company Description
