Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


We are looking for an experienced Team Supervisor – Civil & MEP with a strong background in AMC maintenance, villa renovation, and apartment refurbishment projects in Dubai.

The candidate will supervise site teams, coordinate maintenance works, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily civil and MEP maintenance works for villas and apartments

  • Manage technicians for plumbing, electrical, AC, carpentry, painting, and gypsum works

  • Coordinate AMC maintenance tasks and service schedules

  • Monitor renovation and refurbishment works for residential properties

  • Inspect sites and prepare work reports and material requirements

  • Ensure work quality, safety compliance, and timely completion

  • Coordinate with clients and management regarding project progress

  • Manage small project execution and troubleshooting on site

  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting



Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–6 years UAE experience in maintenance / renovation

  • Strong knowledge of civil works and MEP systems

  • Experience in villa renovation and apartment maintenance

  • Ability to handle technicians and subcontractors

  • Basic knowledge of materials, tools, and site execution

  • Good communication skills (English required)

  • Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory


Preferred Candidate

  • Experience in AMC contracts and facility maintenance

  • Background with technical services companies in Dubai

  • Ability to manage multiple maintenance jobs simultaneously
