Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
L3 Teamcenter Support
- Analyze and resolve complex incidents requiring deep technical expertise.
- Manage corrective and enhancement tickets via ServiceNow.
- Deploy fixes, patches, and software updates across environments.
- Open and follow Siemens support tickets when necessary.
Corrective & Evolutive Maintenance
- Fix bugs and technical anomalies.
- Develop and integrate new features or improvements.
- Execute non regression tests and validate changes in dedicated environments.
- Manage major changes such as migrations and upgrades.
Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor performance and supervise Teamcenter environments.
- Conduct proactive incident analysis to anticipate system failures.
- Update technical and functional documentation.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Teamcenter (administration, configuration, development).
- Knowledge of key PLM modules: BOM, Workflow, Active Workspace.
- Proficiency in Java, C++, SQL, Unix Shell scripting.
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, SVN/TortoiseSVN, deployment scripts.
- Understanding of Dev / Pre Prod / Prod environments and deployment best practices.
- Good understanding of PLM architectures and system integrations.

We are looking for a Teamcenter Consultant/ to join our team in Casablanca. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, with hands on experience in L3 support, corrective and evolutive maintenance, and optimization of PLM environments. You will ensure the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of Teamcenter platforms while working closely with technical and functional teams./p>
