Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Define and review the technical architecture of the application.
- Ensure alignment between the architecture and business needs.
- Support delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Validate the functional and technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
Project Contribution
- Guide teams in implementing best technical practices.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure high quality delivery.
- Participate in technical studies, impact analyses, and solution design.
- Provide expertise to solve technical issues and optimize performance.
Coordination & Oversight
- Work closely with developers to ensure compliance with architecture standards.
- Guarantee the consistency, maintainability, and scalability of the solution.
- Contribute to documentation, technical specifications, and quality control.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer.
- Strong expertise in application architecture and software design.
- Excellent command of development best practices and technical standards.
- Ability to support and mentor technical teams.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- English proficiency required; French is an asset.
