Within the Nearshore teams of Devoteam Morocco, you will join the tribe of Data Engineers, Data Ops, Tech Leads, architects and project managers working on platforms and data ecosystems: designing, building and modernizing Data platforms and solutions, designing data pipelines with a focus on agility and DevOps applied to Data.

Technical environment:

• Passion for data combining both technical expertise and functional appendence.

• Experienced in setting up end-to-end analytics pipelines (ingestion, storage, transformation, visualization).

• Significant experience in the GCP cloud, with proficiency in services such as BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer, etc.

• Solid skills in dbt (data build tool) for data transformation and Looker (LookML model) for visualization and business analysis.

• DevOps best practices: CI/CD mastery, configuration management, Git versioning, and observability principles (monitoring, alerting, logging).

• Contribution to the quality of the code: automated tests, coverage, linting, Sonar analysis, respect for SOLID, YAGNI, and craftsmanship principles.

• Participation in all phases of the software development cycle: design, development, review, deployment, maintenance and run.

• Taking a step back from technical choices and being able to arbitrate key decisions.

• Supervision, mentoring, technical animation and support of a team of data engineers.

• Good knowledge of agile methods, especially Scrum.
