As a Talend Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development and optimization of data integration solutions within our clients' project teams. You will support the technical teams in the implementation of best practices and will actively participate in the definition of integration architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and accompany a team of Talend developers in their daily activities in Build and Run teams.
• Define and ensure the implementation of development, quality and safety standards.
• Participate in the design and architecture of data integration solutions.
• Guarantee the performance, maintainability and volusiveness of ETL flows.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
• Ensure a technical reference role on Talend and train the team members.
• Monitor the progress of projects and ensure reporting to management and stakeholders

Skills and qualifications required:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in data development and integration with Talend (Data Integration, ESB Services).
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and SQL language.
• Mastery of data integration architectures, ETL/ELT best practices, and distributed environments.
• Experience in optimizing performance and managing large volumes of data.
• Knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.), Kubernetes is an asset.
• Good level of technical English (oral and written).
