Who We’re Looking For


We are looking for a result-driven Tech Sales Manager to expand our client base and strengthen long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT sales or software services, understands technology-driven solutions, and is skilled at closing deals with both startups and enterprise clients.


Requirements

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the IT sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (startups, enterprises, and global partners).

Present and promote Evertech’s staff augmentation, AI-driven development, and engineering services.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Negotiate and close contracts with clients.

Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide forecasts.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Nice to have


3+ years of proven experience in Tech sales, business development, or account management (preferably in software services, outsourcing, or staff augmentation).

Strong understanding of IT services, software development cycles, and technical terminology.

Demonstrated success in building pipelines and closing deals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Fluent English (written and spoken) and Arabic languages.

Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet targets.

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
