Strategic Leadership & Business Development

• Develop and implement strategies to expand the Services business across Maintenance, Projects, and Logistics verticals.
• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth through effective networking, partnerships, and participation in bid and tender processes.
• Identify emerging opportunities, trends, and customer needs to position the company competitively in the market.
• Collaborate with senior management to define strategic business targets, budgets, and performance objectives.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients to ensure renewal, conversion, and upscaling of existing contracts (FMC → AMC)

• Oversee operational execution across ES Maintenance, Projects, and Logistics/Warehouse functions, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in process efficiency, quality assurance, and cost control.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track operational performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Ensure robust documentation, procurement, and logistics processes in alignment with contractual obligations and company policy.

Implement best practices to optimize resource utilization, delivery workflows, and service quality across all projects.

• Hold Profit Center responsibility for Maintenance and Cost Center responsibility for Projects and Logistics.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, margins, and project profitability, with proactive recommendations for improvement.

Support commercial negotiations, pricing models, and proposal development to secure profitable contracts
