Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In this client-facing support role, you will help build trusted relationships by accurately understanding client needs, translating them into actionable technical tasks, and ensuring timely resolution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align service delivery with client objectives and internal processes.

Your Role
Client & Account Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination.
- Proactively understand client needs, address concerns early, and ensure a positive overall experience.
- Provide regular client updates through status calls, emails, meeting summaries, and reports.
- Ensure clients clearly understand scope, expectations, timelines, deliverables, and progress.
- Maintain a general understanding of Microsoft subscriptions and services within each client s environment to support effective discussions and account operations.
- Escalate issues, risks, or delays in a timely manner to the appropriate teams or management, keeping all stakeholders informed.
- Suggest improvements to communication, coordination, and client engagement processes.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with technical teams to gather requirements, timelines, and dependencies.
- Support the preparation of project plans, ensuring scope, milestones, and responsibilities are clearly documented.
- Organize internal meetings or stand-ups, prepare agendas, document action items, and follow up on the next steps.
- Track project progress against milestones and deadlines using tools such as Microsoft Planner or Project.
- Maintain project documentation, prepare progress updates, and support post-project reviews.
- Act as a link between technical teams and clients to ensure alignment on roles, responsibilities, and delivery timelines.
Technical Team Coordination & Oversight
- Maintain visibility over technical activities and open cases, following up as needed to ensure steady progress and timely resolution.
- Ensure incoming requests are acknowledged, properly assigned, and prioritized based on urgency and impact.
- Identify unassigned, delayed, or high-risk requests and escalate as needed to prevent service impact.
- Maintain awareness of team workload and capacity, flagging potential bottlenecks early.
- Participate in or support weekly reviews with technical teams to align on priorities and upcoming work.
- Provide clear updates to management on workload, progress, and service performance.
Continuous Learning & Development
- Stay up to date with relevant technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Prepare for and pursue relevant Microsoft certifications.
- Participate in internal and external training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team to support continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Management Information System, Information Technology, Computer Science/ Engineering, Project Management, or any related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft cloud-based technologies.
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing dependencies.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (both verbal and written), with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure
- Ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in a customer-facing or customer service role is a plus.
- Experience in a project coordination role, preferably within a technical environment, is a plus.
- Proficient in English and Arabic (French is always a plus).
