Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities (Shall include but not be limited to) :

  • Develop and maintain department SharePoint page.

  • Develop Technical documentation folder structure at SharePoint.

  • Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation for each active fleet at SharePoint and ERL.

  • Administrate Synergi utilized RES requests, including consultation with Engineering Manager to assign PIC, tracking progress, status reporting, KPI monitoring and accuracy of documentation.

  • Develop and maintain Master Document register for each active rigs.

  • Maintain Rig move documentation in order and ensure the consistency of in RES supporting documentation.

  • Assist to prepare Technical Specifications, Scope of works, Schedule for Engineering task requirements.

  • Track and report 3rd party Engineering services status to department management.

  • Maintain and update all technical documentation logs including all Drawing No, Document no, Maintenance alerts, Vendor service bulletins, etc.

  • Coordinate and update ERL rig documents pertaining to all technical services documentation.

  • Perform technical documentation tasks as directed by department manager.

  • Create department PR and GR them when its delivered.

  • Maintain stationary requirement for the department.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience with IFS, CMMS systems is preferred.

  • Drilling industry experience is preferred.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.

  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.

  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge Of SharePoint development and administrating.

  • Proficiency with latest MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power BI data visualization reporting.

  • Skilled in reading electronic schematics, identifying components, and understanding their functions.

  • Working experience in technical document writing.

  • Technical proficiency, with the ability to easily grasp complex concepts and make them understandable in text and picture illustrations.

  • Conceptual knowledge on structural, naval, electrical, and mechanical drawings.

  • Conceptual knowledge on Mechanical & Electrical equipment including engines, pumps, bearings, seals, cranes, rotating equipment, hoisting equipment, generators, electrical motors, Circuit Breakers, PLC s, VFD s, and SCR s.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills; including ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Business administration or relevant field.

  • Technical Administrator I: 0 to 2 of relevant experiences.

  • Technical Administrator II: 3 to 5 of relevant experiences.

  • Technical Administrator III: 6 to 8 of relevant experiences.
