Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The technical support customer service representative's main mission is to collect and then remotely process requests from users experiencing difficulties with the use of computer equipment. Reporting to the team leader, their mission consists of:
- Resolve technical operating and maintenance problems by addressing questions and providing technical solutions according to quality and deadline requirements.
Perfect command of the French language, with good fluency in both speaking and writing
- Sense of listening and direction.
- Good diagnostic and analytical skills.
- Successful training related to the technical skill required
