Roles & Responsibilities
The technical support customer service representative's primary role is to remotely collect and process requests from users experiencing difficulties with computer equipment. Reporting to the team leader, their responsibilities include:
- Solve technical operational and maintenance problems by addressing questions and providing technical solutions according to quality and time requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Perfect command of the French language, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Sense of listening and orientation.
- Good diagnostic and analytical skills.
- Successful training related to the required technical skills
