The main mission of the technical assistance account manager is to collect and then remotely process requests from users who are having difficulty using computer equipment. Reporting to the team leader, his mission is to:
Solve technical problems of operation and maintenance by dealing with questions and providing technical solutions according to quality and deadlines.
Before taking charge of the mission, a complete training is provided in order to prepare him for the responsibilities that will be entrusted to him.
Desired profile
Perfect command of the French language, with good oral and written fluency
Sense of listening and orientation.
Good diagnostic and analytical skills.
Successful training in relation to the required technical competence
