Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The technical support customer service representative's main task is to remotely collect and process requests from users experiencing difficulties with computer equipment. Reporting to the team leader, their role includes:
- To solve technical problems of operation and maintenance by processing questions and providing technical solutions according to quality and time requirements.
Before taking on the mission, comprehensive training is provided to prepare him for the responsibilities that will be entrusted to him.

- Perfect mastery of the French language, with good fluency both spoken and written.
- Sense of listening and orientation.
- Good diagnostic and analytical skills.
- Successful Russian training related to the required technical skills
