Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Technical Support Customer Service Representative's primary mission is to collect and remotely process requests from users experiencing difficulties with their IT equipment. Reporting to the team leader, their role includes:
- Resolve technical operating and maintenance problems by addressing questions and providing technical solutions according to quality and deadline requirements.
Before taking charge of the mission, complete training is provided in order to prepare him for the responsibilities that will be entrusted to him.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Perfect command of the French language, with good fluency in both speaking and writing
- Sense of listening and direction.
- Good diagnostic and analytical skills.
- Successful training related to the technical skill required
