Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The customer service representative in technical assistance has the main mission of collecting and then processing remotely the requests of users in difficulty with regard to the use of computer equipment. Reporting to the team leader, its mission consists of:
- Solve technical problems of operation and maintenance by processing questions and providing technical solutions according to quality and deadline imperatives.
Before taking charge of the mission, a complete training is provided to prepare him for the responsibilities that will be entrusted to him.
