Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The Digital Transformation Advisor will lead, advise, and drive the organization s digital strategy by assessing current processes, identifying transformation opportunities, and recommending technology-enabled solutions to optimize business performance and customer experience.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop digital transformation roadmap aligned with business strategy and priorities.

    • Evaluate current processes and identify areas for automation, modernization, and digital enhancement.

    • Recommend suitable digital tools, platforms, and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency.

    • Guide leadership and business units in adopting new systems, solutions, and digital initiatives.

    • Lead discussions on digital governance, change management, innovation, cloud adoption, and automation.

    • Conduct market research on digital trends and propose best practices for continuous improvement.

    • Engage with vendors, technology partners, and internal teams to deliver digital projects successfully.

    • Monitor performance of digital initiatives and measure ROI / business value.

    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, data protection, cybersecurity standards, and digital policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years experience in Digital Transformation, Strategy Consulting, or Technology Advisory.

  • Strong experience in digital strategy development, process improvement, and technology adoption.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, automation tools, data analytics, AI, and enterprise systems.

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional advisory experience.

  • Proven ability to drive transformation projects from proposal to execution.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.


Preferred Background:

  • Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Government sector preferred.

  • PMP / TOGAF / ITIL / Lean Six Sigma or similar certification is an advantage.

  • Bachelor s or Master s in IT / Computer Science / Business / Engineering.
