Technical Architect Almoosa Specialist Hospital

Key Responsibilities:

Provide architectural and technical expertise in all project phases, from concept to execution.

Review, validate, and coordinate architectural designs and drawings prepared by consultants and contractors.

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and organizational standards.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved within scope, time, and budget.

Conduct technical reviews and provide solutions for design challenges.

Monitor site implementation to ensure design integrity and quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Architecture or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in large-scale or complex projects.

Strong knowledge of design codes, project management principles, and construction practices.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other relevant design/project management software.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
