Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for technical materials and equipment.
Review technical specifications and ensure purchased items meet project requirements.
Obtain quotations, compare bids, and negotiate pricing and terms.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with engineering, projects, and stores departments for material requirements.
Maintain vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
Track inventory levels and forecast material needs.
Handle procurement documentation, reports, and compliance records.
Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or pricing conflicts.

Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor s in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Buyer, Procurement Officer, or similar role.
Strong understanding of technical materials (MEP, mechanical, electrical, or industrial items).
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement software.
