Roles & Responsibilities

Your Mission


You will represent Unifert SAL in the field by promoting and selling our portfolio of agricultural products, including fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, irrigation equipment, and public health items, to farmers, dealers, and end users. Your goal is to identify customer needs, offer expert advice, and support clients through field trials, demos, and personalized service.


Key Responsibilities


-Promote and recommend Unifert s agri-inputs through regular field visits across the North region.

-Build lasting relationships with farmers, dealers, and key accounts.

-Introduce new products and demonstrate their benefits on the ground.

-Coordinate and follow up on demo trials and field tests in collaboration with the Line Manager.

-Train newly hired field staff and support their integration.

-Track and report market activity, competitor insights, and customer feedback.

-Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and follow-up on receivables.

-Maintain accurate daily reports and weekly routing plans.


What You Bring


Degree: BS in Agricultural Engineering.

Experience: 1 3 years in agricultural sales or a related field.

Knowledge: Strong background in crop production & protection, seeds, irrigation systems, and public health products.

Languages: Fluent in Arabic, with good command of English and French.

Skills:

-Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills

-Commercially aware with sound ethical judgment

-Excellent time and territory management

-Analytical and detail-oriented

-Proficient in Microsoft Office
