Job Description

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive content, mindful of the target audience and channel of distribution.

· Develop product data sheets, whitepapers, and case studies that highlight product features and benefits while ensuring technical accuracy and making the content accessible to technical audiences.

· Create and maintain sales enablement materials that equip the sales team to effectively communicate program benefits. Regularly update resources to reflect new features and market changes.

· Collaborate with the engineering team to understand the product features, functionality, and technical specifications, and attend engineering meetings or review design documents to stay updated on product changes.

· Join product planning meetings to understand upcoming features and their impact on documentation, and advocate for documentation needs during the development process.

· Coordinate with engineering teams to document new features or updates and prepare release notes and updates existing documentation to reflect changes

· Share drafts with engineers for technical review and accuracy and incorporate feedback from engineering teams to ensure precision.

· Align production with marketing and sales messaging to ensure unified promotional content and accuracy of pitching.

Requirements

· Proven +3 years of experience in this field, specifically as a technical content writer, Technical Writer, or similar role.

· Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, technical teams).

· Ability to produce grammatically correct, well-researched, and plagiarism-free promotional and non-promotional content, including articles, use cases, case studies, business cases, competitive comparison documents, knowledge base articles, video scripts for product demos, etc.

· Proven track record and portfolio of pervious work in the tech industry is a must (preferably in SaaS startup, Fin tech, Auto-tech, or IT/Software Development).

· Strong understanding of software and systems’ development processes, methodologies, and technologies.

· Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and deliver them in a clear, concise manner.

· Experience with SEO best practices and keyword optimization is a plus.

· Experience with basic design practices and platforms is a plus.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
