Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact between the client IT team and the implementation partner s technical team.
  • Oversee technical aspects of the project, including integrations, data migration, and system configurations.
  • Ensure that technical deliverables are aligned with client infrastructure, security policies, and IT standards.
  • Support system testing, validation, and quality assurance of Oracle Fusion ERP and CRM modules.
  • Coordinate technical issue resolution between internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including configuration details, integration specifications, and system changes.
  • Assist in planning and execution of cutover, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in technical coordination, system integration, or ERP implementation support.
  • Strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP/CRM and experience with SAP integrations (e.g., OIC) is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security standards.
  • Experience supporting data migration, system configurations, and testing activities.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and functional teams.
