Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Delivery Lead with over 10 years of experience in Temenos T24 to spearhead the technical execution of our core banking initiatives. Unlike a traditional PM, you will own the end-to-end technical SDLC, ensuring that solution designs for modules like AA, AC, and TPH are translated into stable, high-performing production environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, deliverables, timeline, and implementation phases for T24 modules (e.g., AA, TPH, Upgrade, etc.).
  • Act as focal point between the bank, Temenos, vendors, and internal IT/Business teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (IT, Business and Temenos ) and allocate tasks based on expertise
  • Coordinate with Temenos and other third parties for delivery, support, and escalations.
  • Oversee T24 environment setup, version control, and delivery of core banking packs Identify, log, and mitigate risks related to system stability, integrations, or data migration.
  • Ensure successful SIT, UAT, and performance testing cycles with full defect tracking.
  • Manage project budget, track actuals vs planned, and ensure delivery within deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

10+ years of hands-on experience in Temenos T24 Project Management

  • Expertise in complex projects delivery using PM methodologies Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid
  • Strong Project Management in Technical and Business projects delivery
  • Deep understanding of T24 architecture and core modules (AA, AC, FT, LD, MM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with T24 browser/UI customization and interaction with third-party systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of banking business processes and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in a T24 context
