Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing the company's technical activities and projects. 
  • To supervise and develop technical teams
  • Ensuring the maintenance, reliability, and optimization of equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with technical, quality and safety standards
  • Participate in defining investments and technological choices
  • Provide technical support to management and sales teams

  • State engineer
  • 10 years of experience in the industrial sector, including at least 3 years as: Technical Director, Director / Head of Department (Production/ Maintenance/ Technical)
  • Good command of hard work procedures
  • Ability to manage production, maintenance, and quality control teams on a 3x8 shift schedule
  • Ability to manage all technical processes under ERP
  • Mastery of the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard
  • Ability to work in a team and in coordination with all functions of the company
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good presentation
