Roles & Responsibilities

Technical Director


Oversee all technical aspects of our company

  • Leading the development teams
  • Ensuring the quality of technological products
  • Ensuring that our company remains at the forefront of innovation
  • Supervise and coordinate all technical aspects of real estate projects, from design to delivery.
  • Ensuring that projects comply with technical, regulatory and environmental standards
  • Manage the technical teams and external service providers
  • establish and monitor project budgets and schedules
  • Representing the company to partners and authorities

Design and development:

  • Participate in defining the programs and concepts of the projects
  • Validate the technical feasibility studies
  • Coordinate the design teams (architects, engineering firms, etc.)
  • Ensure the conformity of the plans and technical documents

Implementation of the work:

  • Select and negotiate with construction companies
  • Supervise and control the execution of the work
  • Managing the technical and financial aspects of construction projects
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and budgets
  • Ensuring the safety of construction sites

Team and service provider management:

  • To supervise and motivate the technical teams
  • Manage supplier contracts
  • Coordinate the interventions of the different trades

Financial and administrative management:

  • establish and monitor project budgets
  • Managing building permit applications and administrative authorizations
  • prepare project progress reports

Desired Candidate Profile

Education : Engineering degree or equivalent, specializing in building construction or civil engineering

Experience : Significant experience (at least 5 years) in real estate project management, ideally in property development.

Technical skills : Mastery of construction techniques, standards and current regulations

Managerial skills : Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflicts, and make decisions.

Financial skills : Proficiency in budget management and cost tracking tools

Interpersonal skills : Good communication skills, negotiation skills, ability to work in a team.
