Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Director to lead our technical operations and drive innovation within our organization. The Technical Director will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our projects, ensuring that engineering and manufacturing processes align with industry standards and client specifications. This role is critical in supporting our commitment to excellence in serving various industries and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the technical team, providing guidance and support in engineering design, project execution, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies and processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and quality assurance, to align technical initiatives with business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical operations and processes.
  • Provide technical expertise and support in resolving complex engineering challenges and issues.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions within the technical team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master s degree is preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Technical Director or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and quality assurance practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mechanical Engineer degree is mandatory.
  • Experience with ISO standards and quality management systems.
  • Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
