• Organize and monitor all pharmaceutical import operations, including pharmacovigilance and materiovigilance.
• Ensure that all batches of imported pharmaceutical products and medical devices undergo the necessary controls by the national pharmaceutical products agency before being placed on the market, in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements concerning imported pharmaceutical products and medical devices, particularly with regard to their primary and secondary packaging.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding the transport and storage of pharmaceutical products and medical devices, as well as the procedures for preparing and shipping orders.
• To justify at any time that the pharmaceutical products and medical devices imported under their responsibility conform to the characteristics they must meet and that the necessary controls have been carried out.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding the management of substances with narcotic and/or psychotropic properties, in accordance with applicable legislative and regulatory provisions.
• To sign by the assistant pharmacist(s), in collaboration with the management of the pharmaceutical establishment
  
• Inform and train the staff under their responsibility in collaboration with the pharmaceutical establishment.
• Ensure compliance with good import practice rules
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules
• Ensure the maintenance and archiving of documentation
• Inform the relevant departments of the ministry responsible for the pharmaceutical industry of his absence or resignation

• to hold the degree required for the position of Doctor of Pharmacy
  
• Having professional experience equal to or greater than 2 years
• Professional English, good knowledge of legislation.
