Job Description: 

• Organization and oversight of pharmaceutical operations: This role covers a broad spectrum of activities, from production to distribution. The Technical Director Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all processes, from the receipt of raw materials to the release of finished batches.
• Ensuring safe transport and storage conditions: Adherence to the cold chain and storage conditions is essential to preserving the quality of medicines.
• The PHARMACIST TECHNICAL DIRECTOR is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of these conditions.
• Signing of registration decision requests: This mission highlights the direct involvement of the TECHNICAL DIRECTOR PHARMACIST in the regulatory procedures for the registration of new products.
• Batch certification and release: This is one of the most important responsibilities of the Chief Pharmaceutical Officer. They certify that the products conform to specifications and can be placed on the market.
• Justification of the conformity of manufactured products: In the event of an inspection, the TECHNICAL DIRECTOR PHARMACIST must be able to justify the conformity of his products and provide all the necessary documents.
• Declaration of stock status and expired products: This task contributes to product traceability and stock management.
• Participation in the development of the research and development program: The PHARMACIST TECHNICAL DIRECTOR brings his scientific and regulatory expertise to the definition of research and development projects.
• Hierarchical authority: The TECHNICAL DIRECTOR PHARMACIST is the hierarchical manager of assistant pharmacists and staff involved in pharmaceutical operations.
• Delegation of tasks: The TECHNICAL DIRECTOR PHARMACIST may delegate certain tasks, but remains responsible for their proper execution.

• Hierarchical authority: He exercises hierarchical authority over the pharmaceutical staff under his direct responsibility. He defines the objectives, tasks and procedures to be followed.
• Decision-making authority: The TECHNICAL DIRECTOR PHARMACIST is often authorized to make important decisions, particularly in the event of non-compliance or a health crisis.
• Responsibilities of the technical director pharmacist:
• Achieving company objectives: The PHARMACIST TECHNICAL DIRECTOR actively contributes to achieving the company's strategic objectives, particularly those related to quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Quality assurance: He is responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the entire lifecycle, from design to marketing.
• Regulatory compliance: The TECHNICAL DIRECTOR PHARMACIST ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, both national and international.
• Team management: He/She supervises and motivates pharmaceutical teams, ensures their continuous training and evaluates their performance.
