Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Audio Technology is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Drafter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting basic design calculations related to current, voltage, power, filling ratio, and heat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed design plans using computer-aided design and drafting software (AutoCAD & Revit).
  • Analyze measurements, sketches, and other data provided by the design team to produce accurate technical drawings that communicate specifications such as dimensions, layout, and installation procedures.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical drawings for electrical wiring systems and provide final shop drawings to the installation team for assigned projects.
  • Participate in all project phases, including conceptual design, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and production.
  • Collaborate with design and installation teams, as well as consultants, to develop accurate as-built drawings.
  • Create graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction documentation using Revit.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in 2D/3D software, such as AutoCAD, Revit
  • Good Knowledge of lighting, power, schematic, low voltage i.e. Fire Alarm, data and, CCTV, Pro Audio using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Minimum of Five years of related project experience.
  • Very good communication skills and a good team player.
  • Dynamic and initiative person.
  • Strong Problem-solving skills.
