Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and allocate workloads to the drafting team
• Prepare and review shop drawings and production drawings
• Coordinate with the Technical Head (Dubai office) for all project-related alignments
• Submit a daily report on drafting team progress and productivity
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all drawings

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in joinery/fit-out drafting
• Strong knowledge of joinery detailing, materials, and production processes
• Good understanding of GCC joinery and fit-out construction standards and specifications.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit / SketchUp is an advantage
• Ability to review, coordinate, and manage technical drawings
• Good communication and email skills
• Ability to lead a team and ensure timely output

Experienced Technical Drafting Team Lead with strong expertise in joinery and interior fit-out detailing, and solid understanding of GCC fit-out standards.

The candidate will lead and manage the drafting team and will be responsible for producing accurate shop drawings, production drawings, and detailed joinery documentation for manufacturing and site execution.
