Your new company Based in Abu Dhabi and with a global footprint, this technology company offers comprehensive IT services. They provide high level managed IT support, cloud services (including Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud), and project-based technology solutions such as facilities build outs and automation. Your new role As a Technical Support Engineer (Cloud Administrator & MDM Engineer), you'll be a pivotal Level 2-3 point of contact for all technology-related service requests. Your new role As a Technical Support Engineer (Cloud Administrator & MDM Engineer), you'll be a pivotal Level 2-3 point of contact for all technology-related service requests. Your days will involve diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and cloud configuration issues, leveraging your advanced knowledge in Azure, Intune, Jamf, and Microsoft 365. You'll manage L2-L3 ticketing requests, maintain clear communication with clients, and contribute to improving overall customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage your workload independently while working effectively within a team. What you'll need to succeed You will need experience as an IT Technical engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a can-do attitude. You'll need to be fluent in English with outstanding personal communication skills to deliver the clients signature high end VIP Service. Technically, you'll need advanced proficiency in: Azure administration Microsoft Intune Jamf (including Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, automated device enrollment, and app packaging) Microsoft 365 Azure Virtual Desktop / Windows365 and Remote Desktop Services General Networking Troubleshooting Video conferencing and audio/video equipment experience (Teams, Zoom) Laptop/Desktop imaging and deployments Desk-side support for peripherals and network printers A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is required, or equivalent work experience. Microsoft Certifications and/or any other IT-related certifications are a significant plus, especially those related to Azure (AZ-104, AZ-900, AZ-303-04) or Jamf (Apple Certified, Jamf Certified). Strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and excellent planning and prioritization skills are crucial. Experience with cybersecurity solutions is a plus (Microsoft Entra-ID, Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, etc.) and network proficiency (LAN/WAN, Fortinet) are highly desirable.
