Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Type: Full-Time
Department: Technical Services
Key Responsibilities:- Installation and Maintenance: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial kitchen equipment, focusing on cooking and refrigeration units.
- Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, addressing and resolving equipment issues promptly.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment operates at optimal performance.
- Customer Training: Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment to enhance their operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless support for our clients.
- Education: Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent in related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of cooking and refrigeration equipment, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Customer Service: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting client relationships.
- Certifications: Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
