Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Technical Engineer (Civil) to support project execution through technical coordination, drawing review, material approvals, and site support. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in civil construction works and high-rise building projects.


  1. Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

  2. Prepare and submit shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical documents.

  3. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams for technical clarifications.

  4. Ensure compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and quality standards.

  5. Assist in resolving technical issues at site.

  6. Monitor project progress and ensure technical deliverables are completed on time.

  7. Support QA/QC team in inspections and documentation.

  8. Attend technical meetings with consultants and clients.

  9. Prepare BOQs and assist in quantity take-offs when required.


Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

  2. Minimum 3–7 years of construction experience (High-rise experience preferred).

  3. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.

  4. Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). Knowledge of Primavera / MS Project is an advantage.

  5. Familiar with UAE authority regulations and standards.

  6. Strong coordination and communication skills.
