Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Review and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Prepare technical submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and method statements.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Assist in quantity take-off, material approvals, and procurement coordination.
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support to the construction team.
Prepare technical reports and maintain project documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience in contracting/construction companies.
Must have experience in residential building projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
