Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

  • Prepare technical submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and method statements.

  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Monitor site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications.

  • Assist in quantity take-off, material approvals, and procurement coordination.

  • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support to the construction team.

  • Prepare technical reports and maintain project documentation.


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

  • Experience in contracting/construction companies.

  • Must have experience in residential building projects.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
