Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of fire-rated door and joinery shop drawings, ensuring compliance with relevant fire safety regulations and project specifications.
- Provide technical expertise in the selection of appropriate materials, hardware, and construction methods for fire-rated door and joinery systems.
- Oversee the manufacturing and installation processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and fire-resistance ratings.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and provide design solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Technical Engineer in fire rated doors, joinery, steel/wooden doors, or windows
Strong knowledge of passive fire protection systems and UAE Civil Defence regulations
Ability to review technical drawings, submittals, and ensure compliance
Currently residing in the UAE
