Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Technical Engineer is responsible for leading and coordinating all technical aspects of Design & Build projects, ensuring proper tracking, follow-up, and timely completion of design stages.

The candidate must effectively communicate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors, prepare technical reports, and support engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Strong English communication skills, technical understanding, and experience in design coordination workflows (civil, architectural, and MEP) are essential.

  • The role includes reviewing drawings, managing coordination between disciplines, resolving design conflicts and clash detections, and ensuring full compliance with project specifications
  • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers regarding engineering requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Provide technical support during project planning, execution, and handover stages.
  • Assist in preparing method statements, work procedures, and technical reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Architect Degree or Civil Degree

Preferred with BIM knowledge.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering software.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
