Experience:
More Than 10 Years of Construction Company Experience Required
Certifications:
Bachelor s Degree / Equivalent
Project Management Professional (PMP) for engineers moving into project management.
Planning & Design:
Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to create infrastructure plans.
Site Analysis & Surveys:
Conduct field surveys to collect site data, assess conditions, and establish project locations and grades.
Material Testing:
Oversee or perform tests on construction materials and soil samples to ensure strength and adequacy.
Software Proficiency:
Utilize specialized software, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D, for drafting and modeling.
Documentation:
Prepare reports and maintain project records.
Project Management:
Manage the repair, maintenance, and replacement of existing infrastructure
Construction Supervision
Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design, codes, and standards.
Coordinate with contractors, surveyors, and other engineers on-site.
Technical Documentation
Prepare technical reports, daily logs, and documentation for ongoing projects.
Maintain accurate records of designs, inspections, and changes.
Quality Assurance and Control
Inspect materials, workmanship, and methods to ensure compliance with standards.
Conduct or assist with testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and other materials.
Problem-Solving and Technical Support
Identify issues during construction and propose technical solutions.
Assist in troubleshooting and rectifying design discrepancies or field issues.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Assist in environmental impact assessments and compliance.
